Dayton, Ohio Area Towns Have Wings

Dayton, Ohio, the birthplace of the Wright Brothers, just celebrated 100 years of aviation, and a local Realtor is equally happy down on the ground where he says area real estate sales are flying high. "Dayton is located in Montgomery County," explains Realtor Dale Schmidt. "Cincinnati is to the south with Lebanon and Springboro in between. Today, the city offers great attractions and historical sites, fantastic arts venues, a thriving downtown, beautiful parks, a variety of sporting sites and fabulous shopping and dining." Between Dayton and Cincinnati lies Springboro. "Springboro is one of the fastest growing communities in Warren County," says Schmidt. "Attractive housing and excellent schools set amid rolling farmland make Springboro the choice of many families coming into the area. The city"s master plan controls expansion and preserves the small-town qualities valued by residents. A six-block section of South Main Street has been placed on the National Register of historic Places." Lebanon, says Schmidt, lies midway between Interstates 75 & 71, approximately 30 miles north of Cincinnati, 30 miles south of Dayton, and is in the heart of Warren County, which is the second fastest growing county in the state of Ohio. "It originally began as a stagecoach stop on the route between Losantiville on to Xenia, Ohio," notes Schmidt. "From there the stage proceeded to Columbus, the State Capitol. Lebanon is a city of approximately 18,800 citizens and currently comprises roughly 12.55 square mile. Because of its close proximity to three interstate highways, this allows for rapid delivery and ease of transportation between other major cities, yet Lebanon retains a quaint colonial look to its thriving downtown area. It is supported by an excellent school system and reasonable taxes & utility rates which makes Lebanon an ideal place to live, thrive, & raise a family." Gain Confidence In Your First Month As a REALTOR
You need confidence in the beginning, but what does that mean? You came into this business confident that you would make a sale immediately and have tons of money coming in. Then reality set in. It was much harder than you thought—people weren’t calling you; people were asking questions that you were not sure of the answers; you didn’t know what to do with your time; you didn’t completely understand the sales contract and so couldn’t get people comfortable to sign it; and so on.

What Realtors Should Look For In Digital Cameras
After my last column that dealt with what you should look for in a digital camera, I received a large number of e-mails that said "Specifically which camera would YOU recommend for real estate?"
